This is how we handle information we learn about you from your visit to our website.

Personal identifying information collected pursuant to our Volunteer or Donation forms comes to us in the form of an electronic mail message.  We will use that information to enlist you as a Volunteer or contact you regarding your donation.  We will not use such information beyond the basis of the submittal.  We will not forward any such information to any third party unless required to do so by law.

Limiting Employee Access to Information
We limit our staff's access to personal identity information.  Further, our staff must have a valid business reason for knowing such information.  We educate our staff so they understand the importance of personal information confidentiality, privacy and security.  We also take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce our staff's privacy responsibilities.
